Less fatigued eyes at a bargain price gets one Cheers!

We now have been in pandemic-mode for over six months. The family time has been wonderful in a number of ways, but the stress level has left my eyes with visible fatigue and puffiness.
During one of my recent trips to HomeGoods, I was drawn to the beauty section and, in addition to several hand soaps and oils, I decided to give an eye serum and jade roller set a try. Can this $10 impulse purchase make a difference?
Before. Yikes!
Day 1. Using the roller that I had chilled in the refrigerator and several drops of serum, I went to work gently smoothing around my eyes. At a minimum, the cool roller felt great and gave me an excuse to have three minutes of “me time.“
Days 2-6. One application of serum and about three minutes of rolling per day.
Day 7. Because the darkness hasn’t dissipated, I haven’t noticed a change in the mirror. But, taking a look at a side-by-side comparison with day 1, there has indeed been a noticeable change to the puffiness and fine lines under my eyes. This is exciting!
Given these positive results after only a week-long test, I am pleased to give this inexpensive eye boost Cheers.
Kid-friendly beauty bonus. Mabel was very interested in my new beauty routine. So, we found some kid-friendly products for her to try. Unlike my repeated reminders to brush her teeth, she has been independently washing her face each night with these products. This small act is bittersweet for me, as I see her turn into a young lady.
Per Mabel, these soft cloths (also from HomeGoods) and watermelon facial cleanser make her face feel smooth and would be a fun gift for a young girl.
